Our holiday home in Kalkar on the Lower Rhine is located in the Hönnepel district, just a few hundred meters from the Rhine. It offers space for up to 8 adults (and 2 small children in a travel cot) and, thanks to its location in a cul-de-sac, plenty of peace and quiet for relaxation.
The nearby Kernwasserwunderland adventure park and the Rhine River are both within easy walking distance. Nearby attractions include Lake Wissel with its dunes, and the Rhine promenades in places like Rees and Emmerich. The Dutch border is also just a 15-minute drive away.
Up to 4 bicycles are provided free of charge for all overnight stays!
A holiday with style
This 130 sq m house is finished to a high standard and features a hallway, guest WC, utility room with washing machine, and a spacious open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen on the ground floor. The house is surrounded by a garden and a privet hedge, providing ample privacy. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures you won't have cold feet, even in winter.

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer is standard, as are a 55-inch LCD TV, garden furniture, and free 250 Mbps Wi-Fi. The house also has a washing machine and dryer.
We are also equipped for our youngest guests with high chairs and travel cots.
3 bedrooms with 6 beds (plus 2 children's beds) and 1 sofa bed offer space for larger families or a trip with friends.
