Minimum stay 2 nights (except in individual cases with booking gaps, a surcharge applies)

Prices are per night for up to 4 people. For each additional person (5th person and beyond), there is a charge of EUR 25 per person per night.

In addition, the city of Kalkar will levy a tourism tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night from January 1, 2025, which will be billed separately.

Prices include electricity, water, heating, internet, and taxes. Bed linen and towels are also included (see "Amenities"). An invoice with VAT (7%) can be issued upon request.

Arrival: from 3:30 pm
Departure: by 10:00 a.m.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking; the remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival.

100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

For filming, the location rental fee is €190 per shooting day, €115 for pre-/post-shoot days, but at least the aforementioned minimum rental fee applies during peak season. For shooting days of 3 or more, the fee is negotiable.
